- Why Didn't An Artist Image Show Up On The SoCast Player?
- Images and artwork used for the SoCast Player are pulled from iTunes. If the artist has their music available on iTunes, then the correct album art should have been pulled.
- Please ensure the following before contacting SoCast's support desk:
- The song by by that artist is available to buy in iTunes
- The artist/song name is 100% correct. For example, if The artist is called "Beatles" instead of "The Beatles" from your playlist-generation software, this can sometimes cause album art issues
- If the information above is confirmed, but you're still not seeing an image, please contact SoCast's support
