• Clients who have purchased the SoCast Voice App (If you would like to purchase the Voice App please speak with your SoCast Account Manager)


  • Clients must already have an Amazon Developer Account within their country/region
  • Must have an Alexa supported device


  • If another Alexa Skill exists with a similar Skill name, Alexa may experience difficulty enabling your skill by Voice

Before you can use your SoCast Voice App on your Alexa Device you must Enable the skill(s) you want to use.

Enabling Skills By Alexa Companion App (iOS & Android):

  1. SoCast Recommends Searching Skills from the Alexa App and clicking 'Enable' on the skill you'd like to add.
  2. After Enabling the skill, use one of the phrases with the Invocation name provided (Also shown on the Skill store listing) to start the App (skill).
