How Do I Edit The Activiation Email Template?

This Article Is For:

  • All users who are SoCast Account Admins
  • This is applicable to all SoCast Themes

Setup an email template sent to users upon successfully activating their account.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to: http://admin.socastsrm.com/account/membership
  2. Scroll To: Activation Email Template-Quick Signup
  3. Subject Title: Subject line of the activation email. Default is set to

    "Your account with %stationname% is now activated"

  4. You can customize the subject line by inserting any of the below macro templates:
    1. User Name
    2. Website Name
    3. Website Link



  5. Message: message of the activation email. Default is set to:

    "Welcome to %stationname%! Your account is now activated.

    To login now, click here: %websitelink%/community/member

    To change your settings, click here: %websitelink%/setting

    Thanks,

    %stationname%"

  6. You can customize the message by inserting any of the below macro templates:
    1. User Name
    2. Website Name
    3. Website Link
