Sticky Posts

This Article Is For:

  • All users who have the 'manage posts' permission
  • This is applicable to: All Themes

Best Practices:

  • No More than 30 Blog/News posts should reside in the Sticky Post List at any given time.
  • All Sticky Posts should be set with an Expiry Date (ideally no more than 8 days into the future) at the time of publishing. This prevents a backlog of old posts in the Sticky Post List
  • Re-Ordering of the Sticky Post List should be done by navigating to Website> Blogs> Sticky Posts and drag/drop the order of appearance and click 'Save' at the bottom of the page. Allow up to 10 mins for server cache refresh.

Sticky Posts is a feature that places a blog post at the top of the blog list, keeping it there until new sticky posts are published, it's expires, or is removed.
