The browsers listed below are the supported browsers for use with the SoCast Platform (admin.socastsrm.com) and/ your website (www.your.url). In order for an issue to be accepted by our Service Desk, it must be occurring on one of the Software/OS combinations below.

Player Supported Streams
- Web Player
- AAC format directly or within a M3U playlist or Shoutcast PLS wrapper
- MP3 format directly or within a M3U playlist or Shoutcast PLS wrapper
- MP3 or AAC formats using the HLS streaming protocol within an M3U8 wrapper
- Mobile App Player
- AAC or MP3 stream encoding. Stream format can be a playlist (M3U), Shoutcast (PLS), or HLS (M3U8).
