How Do I Add My Accounts's Legal Documentation?

  • All users who are SoCast Account Admins
  • This is applicable to all SoCast Themes

These instructions are for adding your Account's (station's) default legal documentation such as Privacy Policy, Terms Of Service, Contest Rules, and Sign-Up.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to: http://admin.socastsrm.com/account/legal
  2. Terms Of Service Copy: Set up your account’s “Terms Of Service Statement” legal copy, Click the “Download Template” link to add MS Word documents. These documents should be reviewed by your legal counsel and modified before use.
  3. Privacy Statement Copy: Set up your account’s “Privacy Statement” legal copy, Click the “Download Template” link to add MS Word documents. These documents should be reviewed by your legal counsel and modified before use.
  4. Contest Rules: Set up your account’s “Contest Rules” legal copy, Click the “Download Template” link to add MS Word documents. These documents should be reviewed by your legal counsel and modified before use.
  5. Sign-up And Settings Legal Footer: Legal copy that appears below the email subscription options on the user sign up and settings pages. These documents should be reviewed by your legal counsel and modified before use.
  6. Click the Save button
