How Do I Find Out My Push Notification Open Rate?

This Article Is For:

  • All users who have: Manage Mobile App Notifications Permissions
  • This is applicable to: Single Tenant App & Multi-Tenant App

Requirements:

  • Station/brand have already purchased the SoCast Mobile App package
  • Have been given the above listed permissions by your SoCast Account Manager.


For each push notification item you will see a percentage for the 'Open Rate', as well as a total number of 'Opens'.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to http://admin.socastsrm.com/mobile/notifications
  2. Click on the "items" tab
  3. Open Rates: Open Rates for each item are displayed in a percentage format for sent messages
  4. Opens: Total number of times that item was opened in the app
