How Do Members Enable Or Disable Push Notifications On The Mobile App?

This Article Is For:

  • All users who have: Manage Mobile App Notifications Permissions
  • This is applicable to: Single Tenant App & Multi-Tenant App

Requirements:

  • Station/brand have already purchased the SoCast Mobile App package
  • Have been given the above listed permissions by your SoCast Account Manager.

These instructions are for enabling or disabling push notifications on the SoCast Mobile App

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open the app on your mobile device
  2. Open the Navigation Drawer
  3. Click on the settings tab.
  4. Under 'Notification Groups' turn notifications on or off for each subscription by sliding the button to the left or right
