This article is for troubleshooting issues related to not being able to hear the alarm for Android devices. Our example below is for a Samsung Galaxy S5 with Android Marshmallow 6.0.1  (For specific instructions please refer to support materials for your device manufacturer/modal and android version)

Step-by-step guide

  1. Check all your volume controls to ensure that they are currently set to a minimum of 50% volume.
  2. To set your volume, please configure your Sounds & Notifications Settings for the following controls:
    1. Media
    2. Ringtone & Notifications (available options vary by device and android version)
    3. Alarm (available options vary by device and android version)
