How Do I Edit A Social Media Post?
- All users who have a SoCast account (Login & Password)
- All users who have access to the 'SRM' feature
- This is applicable to all SoCast Themes
These instructions are for editing a social post after it has already been created and scheduled for Facebook and/or Twitter
Step-by-step guide
- Go to: http://admin.socastsrm.com/posts/calendar (Social>Content Calendar)
- Search for your social post under the date and time that it was scheduled for
- Click on your post
- In the pop-up window click the Pencil icon (edit)
- The social publisher window will slide out from the left of your screen
- You can now edit your social post. You can edit the following fields:
- Social Profiles
- Message
- Add Picture
- Add URL
- Campaign Tracking (If this feature is available to you)
- Schedule Post
- Target Audience
- Once satisfied with your edits, click the 'schedule' button
