How Do I Add An Image To A Social Media Post? (New)
- All users who have a SoCast account (Login & Password)

These are the instructions for creating and sending out a social media post through the SoCast publishing tool with text and an image only.
One of the best ways to broaden your reach online is to create content that other people will want to share. Bright, colorful images are consistently the most engaged with and reach the biggest audience.
Step-by-step guide
- Log in to: admin.socastsrm.com
- Click on the ‘Social’ tab
- Click the ‘Compose’ button
- Notice the compose post modal opens a new pop-out window
- At the top of the compose window, it will display a message reminding you which account/station you are in
- To compose a post select which social network(s) you want to post too.
- Add text of post
To add a picture, click on the ‘Add Picture’ container
Then select whether you want to add a photo from your computer, media library or stock image library
Once a photo is selected, it will be automatically uploaded
Once photo is added, click “Change” if you want to delete the image and upload another
- All social posting options have their own collapsible containers (i.e. add a picture, add a link, add a tag, target audience, schedule post)
- Expanding a container reveals options
- User can cancel an option by clicking the close button that collapses the container.
- When the container is collapsed, it will reset all settings within the container so when it’s next opened, it will be blank.
- Click the Post button or schedule a post for later.
